My j7 pro is getting slow and lagy day by day.. Sometime it took 5 minutes to open a app..and always crash UI system

Tengo un j730G, pero es chino, y necesito hacerle el software pero no me entra en el modo Download (ya que es chino) y eh intentado todos los comandos y solo me deja entrar al modo recovery en chino, en ingles y en modo fastboot, mas el odin no reconoce el dispositivo en ese modo, alguna ayuda?

I have a question. I am having a Samsung J7 with Password which I totally forgot now I need that device to be with for couple of weeks. I can't remember the password tried the hard resetting but it leaves me with google account page, It tells me to add the old email account which I can't remember. So Does flashing a new rom will remove the old password. I mean when I will bootup after flashing rom Will it ask for password?
