x64 sp2 is sp3. Its just that sp2 for x64 was a earlier release. so they technically skipped sp2 on x64 and made sp2 sp3.

how to make a xp 64bit bootable usb? i downloaded the 64bit version of xp but the iso it is not working with rufus or anyother softwere
