Jumper: Griffin’s Story is a video game released for the PlayStation 2, Wii and Xbox 360 on February 12, 2008. It is based on the events of the 2008 film Jumper, released two days later.

The game begins in a flashback to the night Griffin’s parents were murdered. He will remember the two – a woman and her male partner – for years to come. The gameplay begins in earnest with zach’s encounter with David Rice at the Colosseum. Griffin’s interrogation of a Paladin leads him to Nepal in search of Roland Cox, where he learns that the Paladins have long since lost the support of the monks who first trained them to sense Jump Scars. From there Griffin traces the Paladins to Tokyo, where they are stealing a machine that permits others to follow Jumpers through Jump Scars. He is nearly able to kill the lady and the man who killed his parents, but the Paladins escape with the machine. While nursing his wounds at his lair, David arrives, permitting the Paladins to use the machine to finally locate the lair. After an intense duel, he drives Roland back through the Jump Scar and pursues. At Millie’s house, he encounters the most dangerous Paladin he has ever faced. Afterwards, he questions the high-ranking Paladin as to the identity of the woman who killed his parents. The Paladin laughs and says that David knows her; the only conclusion is that it is Mary Rice – David’s mother.

Enhanced graphics with emulator PCSX2 1.4.0.For recording I used a Nvidia Shadowplay (it can handle 1080p at 60FPS).

  1. I love this game. Some people are so harsh on their criticism on this video game and the movie. Go create your own then. Let’s see if you can do better.

  6. Wikipedia says, "Overwhelming negative reviews." I can see why. You don't auto-face attacking enemies, the walls were in the way, blocking your sight during a fight, the character said the exact same thing over and over again, the "special move" was a complete joke, and in a fighting cutscene, he teleported to a city SOMEWHERE and punched a guy off the ledge. Wow, this garbage wouldn't sell for a dollar today.

  7. Ps2 and xbox 360 version are actually very different. I used to have Ps2 one as a kid and just picked up the xbox 360 one to try as it was dead cheap and it looks and plays very differently, with different levels, fighting mechanics and more also framerate dips quite badly on 360. I feel like the Ps2 one may be superior but idk it's quite an average game anyway lol

  9. Eu gostava muito desse jogo inclusive esse jogo é PORT Da versão de Wii . Mas os gráficos são bem ruins mal feitos só a jogabilidade que é interessante a versão que saiu pro ps3 e xbox360 é outro jogo .

    Actually I've always wondered how this'd work as game.

    Quite well as it seems.

    A bit barren, but well executed, and the Cel-Shading seems great.

  21. I remember playing this as a child, and honestly, even at that age I knew that this was a below average sack of blandness wrapped up in a bag of meh based on a movie that paid homage to uninspiring mediocrity. And I beat it in a few hours.
