First Make your device as Custom ROM Flashable.
OtherWise You have Loss Your Nvram and can’t use Sim card .

by above method your lenovo a5000 is Prepaired for Custom rom flashable.
you can now flash rom by follwing below steps.Your device needed above step
only one time .after above steps you can flash custom roms multiple times and not loss Nvram(imei).
if Your device already prapaired for custom rom flashable,
Follow Below Steps :

1-Boot To TWRP
2-Choose Wipe – Advanced wipe. In the opened window, note: Davlink cache, System, Cache, Data, Interal_Storage.
3-Next, move the Swipe to Wipe slider.
4-after that go back and press Format Data .then type yes and click the check mark.
5-Then go to the main window and select Reboot » Recovery there will say that there is no OS, move the slider Swipe to Reboot
6-Further in TWRP select Install
7-Select the Rom zip file
8-At the end of the installation, reboot the smartphone
