Hm. I am kinda stupid but here are my thoughts anyway re: blood bags and pregnancy tests.
Blood bags are used to support a failing system unable to provide its own blood. Pregnancy is very often a thibg that makes or breaks people and it is a big trial that changes your body and outlook. More likely in regards to this game, it is also about potential. Pregnancy is literally making a new human that is full of POTENTIAL. I am too tired to make connections but here are some simple ways to read the thing in regards to this game

The random faces appearing was a nice touch, the glitches and deteriorating environment had a nice atmosphere. Its like a weird program to teach patients to be "perfect" or it could be how the character wants to be perfect but cant really get there. well anyway it was a nice weird experience. Nice start to a game lol
