Great video buddy!
All the funky and weirdness is the reason I play this game all day
I loved these games as a kid! Gotta get them for my modded Wii emulator
CRRRUIS'N, YEEeeeyeEEeaahhh…..
Cruis'n USA.
YEAH.
I long for the day we see Arcade1Up make a arcade cabinet to include the arcade version of Cruis'n USA, Cruis'n World, and Cruis'n Exotica.
Completely agree with ya. I was born/lived in PA and my cousins live in AZ. We went to visit and I bitched the whole time before hand, refusing to go because all it was was fucking sand and cactus….. Damn you cruisin!!! You got me fucked up and ass beat!
I recently fell in love with California Speed, Atari Games' 'Cruis'n' game, which I'd skipped back in the day because I didn't think I cared for the series at all. Of course it got me into playing all of them. I think I've finally got it all out of my system now that I've moved on to the considerably heavier Rush 2, which I'd also skipped BITD. My Framemeister doesn't seem to like Exotica's transitions between menus and game, but otherwise I've had a blast with these slightly guilty pleasures.
Rush was the definitive racing experience for the N64. Cruisn was just sloppy and bad, I did not even car for the arcade versions of the series, Rush was better in every possible way.
Cruis'n – 25th Anniversary Edition (1994-2019)
Why aren't you looking at the road?!?!?!?!? Lmao!
My lil brother used to beat me all the time lol 😂😂
The greenscreen looks really bad, it'd be a better video if you were just in a room as usual.
Boxy cars with crap soapy textures. Big sprites do unrealistic surroundings. Design with bright colors. For kids – yes, but these titty girls… all is for fun. As 39 yo I see too many cons. But your vids are awesome.
Fun Fact: Toaster Strudels instantly remind me of playing Cruisin' USA. That was my favorite snack and I must have been playing a ton of N64, specifically Cruisin' USA. One of the most strongest smell to memory links I have, I think. lol
That's a good lookback at the Cruis'n series. I used to rent these games any chance I got. Would love to play these games again. BUT DAMMIT TRY! EYES ON THE ROAD!
Good old cruisin. Favorite arcade racing game.
These games got very poor reviews back in the day. However, I played them years later and found them to be fun.
I beg to differ on definitive N64 racing experience imo those are
-Diddy Kong Racing
-Waverace 64
-Mario Kart 64
"apple-ah-CHIA" lmao
Cross country seiries
I love the entire series. It was meant to be a fun arcade style racer.
Big thanks for doing this. My son and me love Cruis'n USA on the N64.
I love how you filmed in your actual car, but are actually going through a car wash, not on the road!
